Refunds
Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our Website. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed, within 7-10 days. We may need to contact you further to make the necessary arrangements to process the refund.
Late or missing refunds: Sale items: Items or Products which are marked as being included in a “Sale” or “Sale items” or similarly described, or Items on subscriptions unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange, is needed please contact info@madebydentists.com
Can I return an order?
Yes. We will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of the invoice date. Please note: The cost of return shipping and handling is $6.95. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund total. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to process.
