The product is great, however the shipping process, at least through the shop app was really terrible. I ordered last week on the 16th and never received any notifications about my order. Yesterday, the 25th, I finally emailed them to ask about the status of my order and instead of a response from anyone in the customer service side, I was just sent an email for the first time about my order. It felt like my order was just forgotten until I reached out.

I'm a customer for life. I've tried all the dentist recommended products, even prescription pastes and gels (yuck, btw), and I get a regular coating of desensitizing agents painted on my teeth in-office. This stuff has been the only one I've found to actually WORK for my sensitivity! I have some root exposure due to 8 years of braces bands around my molars, plus lots of sensitivity on my front teeth from thin enamel. The Made By Dentists Enamel rebuilding toothpaste has been the magic cure that FINALLY enabled me to be able to enjoy dessert again! I use it with an extra-soft toothbrush twice per day and it took about 2 weeks of use to have a noticable effect. I'm probably 6 tubes in at this point and don't even think about how sweet things are or how cold something is before consuming anymore. I can just live my life! THANK YOU MADE BY DENTISTS. 🙌 Holy Grail toothpaste. Please never discontinue this!

I absolutely love this toothpaste! I struggle with sensitivities to some of the ingredients in other name brand toothpastes and I am so grateful for this product! Highly recommend. My teeth look and feel healthier. Easy to order and arrived on time. I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you!
