How To Use
How To Use
Ideally using a sonic toothbrush, place your toothpaste on the bristles. Wet the bristles with water. Ensure to brush all aspects of your teeth. Plaque forms along the line where your teeth and gums meet and, if not removed, it will harden to tartar, so it's important to focus on this area when brushing. Aiming your brush at a 45 degree angle towards the gum line, gently move the brush in small circular motions along the gum line, firstly, on the outside of your teeth, then on the inside of your teeth, and finally, the biting surfaces of your teeth. (Even though it's a hard area to reach, you do really need to brush your back teeth, it's where most cavities start). Finally, for fresher breath, brush your tongue to remove odor causing bacteria. The entire process should take approximately 2 minutes so if you're not brushing that long, you're probably missing some areas.

How it helps
How it helps
Your dentine is made of small hollow tubes called tubules. When you eat something hot or cold, this causes fluid in these tubules to move and this triggers the nerve of your tooth to give a short, sharp pain. Potassium nitrate is a salt compound that works really well to occlude or block these tubules preventing the activation of the nerve of the tooth. Whitening ingredients may cause sensitivity, so combining a whitening ingredient with a desensitizing ingredient works amazingly to brighten your teeth without causing sensitivity. Remember not to rinse after brushing as you will rinse all of the active ingredients off your teeth. Just spit out the excess paste.

Save The Guinea Pigs
Most big toothpaste companies still test on animals, we don't. Other brands that share our values include Tom's of Maine, Hello, Dr. Bronner and Jason. The more we can support companies like these, the more pressure it puts on the big guys to stop testing on animals.

I recently switched to these products. I had an issue with my order and the owner emailed personally and resolved it! It's not often you find tride and true people who care about the small things. I have been using the toothpaste for a short time, but I absolutely love it!
